  Had 8 moles removed from my back, and paid in full. Came back 8 months later, because 3 of the moles came back and she said that she would touch them up free of charge. 6 months later i receive a call to pay a bill of $340.00, threatening me with collection agency and telling me that i stole from her. Whoever reads this please learn from my experience, and do not deal with Ruth Markovic. And if you, do please make sure to keep ALL your paid receipts and files. Hope this helps, and i do not advise anybody to go there.

  Hello. I normally do not review businesses but I felt a strong need to warn customers about my horrible experience I had with with these people. DO NOT EVER get laser hair removal here. They screwed me over soooo bad. When I started comming for hair removal (upper lip and chin) I was told it would take 6-8 times for the hair to be permanently gone. After 15 sessions I still had hair. Now if u do the math, I was payinh $100 for both. So I've paid over $1500 to remove hair and it still grows back!!! After doing research on this lady I come to find out the machine she uses is so old and outdated, hence the reason why the hair keeps comming baxk. Also she overcharges a ridiculous amount compared to other laser hair removal places. Please do not ever get your hair removed by this lady who robbed me of my momey. When I confronted her (the owner Dr. Ruth Markovic) there was nothing she could do she says. Lol. Really? I asked her I she could give me a free session and surprise surprise she said her machine was down and she wasn't sure if she would fix it again. More confirmation that her machine was garbage but she still kept on taking my money!!! I feel so ripped off by this lady. She doesn't realize that reviews are what makes her business. DO NOT EVER PUT $ IN HER POCKET FOR LASER HAIR REMOVAL! Im very disappointed and aftet spendingalmost $2000! Thats right I said almost $2000 damn dollats, I still have hair. Go somewhere else. She will hustle you for your money, which Iis sooo unprofessional. I had to share my experience that was no one else goes through what I went through with this lady and her unprofessionalism

  Cygnus is the only place in the city I would recommend or refer anyone I know. Dr.Ruth is most highly experienced and informative. Always helping in any way possible, She is the only doctor that can perform botox browlift in the city medial and laterally. Only disappointment was that a month ago I went for treatment. We discovered that I had developed antibodies to botox and needed xeomin top up which I was charged for. My forehead still has all movement with no improvement but my browlift is fantastic!!
