- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪My heel was hurting for the better part of a year. Multiple visits to the family doc and another specialist did not help. The problem was that the pain could not be reproduced by just pressing on my foot. I would need to run for 10-15 minutes before it started. Carla took the time to listen and made several key recommendations. I'm running a half next weekend and my ramp-up, thus far, has been pain-free.
