  My personal experience with Dr. Mills and his office staff was less than pleasant. Following my appointment yesterday, I have decided to become an orphan patient until I can find a Dr who has some personality, compassion, and who shows some interest in the patient. This Dr allowed his staff to mistreat us because we arrived 5 minutes late for our appointment due to traffic conditions that were out of our control. I think it was a blessing in disguise to be treated so terribly so we can make the move to find a more experienced dr who has better bedside manner. This dr and his staff make too many little mistakes. I believe that starts at the front desk and works its way back. I strongly feel that we have brought up several health concerns and they have been brushed under the rug. I requested to see a specialist months and months ago. I was told the wait was too long. Now that my issue has escalated I finally get onto the waiting list just today. Had Dr Mills listened to his patient, I would have been in to see a specialist by now. He won't be messing around with my family's health any longer. Lastly, a Dr who stares at his Ipad your entire visit, and won't make eye contact and follows up with basically an empty response to your concerns is not someone's hands I am willing to put my medical trust in. It gives me a feeling like he is playing PAC man while I sit there trying to explain while I am there. I would not recommend this Dr unless to a younger adult with little to no real health issues. I would also suggest keeping close track of what you are told during your appointment to make sure what was discussed is actually followed through with. I hope my next dr is deserving of a much more positive review.

  Dr. Mills' lack of interest and unwillingness to help resulted in my 87-year old father having to go through a painful surgery and 3 months worth of pain that could have been avoided with a simple phone call....
