- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪Love their online service. No one else in Ontario, or maybe even Canada gets you your insurance in minutes online like these guys. I need to put a shout-out to Shane on the Commercial side. The guy is diplomatic, and he definitely cares and tells you himself, if he's wrong about something. He doesn't like to go into gray areas, and keeps you safe with your policy. I've saved immensely with him. I've lost a lot of trust with the big insurance companies in Ontario, but he fights for you to get the best deal. I admit sometimes he takes time to reply, but he never forgets you; which I think is what counts. I love how he communicates over email, because it's more convenient for me, and I can read back to see what our conversation was. I also admit, a lot of mistakes have been made on my policy since I've been with them (not sure if it's cause of Intact insurance). Nevertheless, he took each request graciously and fixed stuff one by one (whether his or the insurance company's mistake; it didn't matter).
