  I've been a customer of yours for a few years now. Everything was fine until I moved from Ontario to Quebec. You guys are not capable of providing your services in the Quebec province so I've been in touch with other insurance brokers and insurance company. They requested I provide letter of experience from the past few years. I phoned and requested such documents on April 28th 2016. You guys told me that you would put in the request to the insurance company. I called again Tuesday last week to see where the where we were at, found out that you only requested one document when you should of requested 3 documents, one per company I was insured with. I was assured that i should receive all the required documents by the end of the week. I only received the first document on Thursday the 5th but I'm still waiting for 2 more documents. Yet again, just got off the phone with your customer service (May 9th) and was told this could take 2 or 3 weeks. I spoke to 3 different people since I've been calling and I was never told this. I asked to see if i could be transferred to a supervisor, I was informed that i would need to wait for one to call me. The agent also told me that she did not know how long it would take for me to receive the callback. This is terrible customer service, dealing with your company is definitely not a fun experience.
