- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪One of the worst places I have ever dealt with ..Receptionists are unproffesional , and unknowledgable .. Costumer service and billing experience are very poor .. They treat patients as if they are doing them a favor with no much respect or even eye contact .. I took my two poor daughters to them for pissible braces job.. After one month and half going in circles they said they are not able to do the procedure . And when I asked for an explanation by the doctor ,the main receptionist said the doctor is busy . I left my phone number to get an answer , but as I expected , I have got no response .. They wasted our time .. Very frustrating and disappointing experience ...
